This compact device is a reliable internet solution when you're on the move, and is easily installed in cars, buses, taxis, mobile homes etc. The router comes with a slot to insert your SIM card. It allows the router to establish a fast UMTS connection with a download speeds of up to 7.2 Mbit/s. The upload speed reaches up to 5.7 Mbit/s, allowing the upload of large files and images.

The integrated WLAN router allows the connection of up to eight devices and thus outperforms other devices by miles. With your cell phone, smartphone, tablet, laptop or netbook - with Wi2U, all can be connected at the same time.

Because of its integrated GPS module, the router also offers a GPS feature and can be used for navigation. Another extra feature is the integrated theft protection. The device starts up when you turn the car's ignition, and switches off automatically. If theft protection is additionally activated, you will receive an optional SMS and/or email notification when the Wi2U car hotspot is switched on or off. The GPS data in the message allows determining the exact location of the vehicle and tracking any 'unauthorized' movement.

The Wi2U draws power either via the cigarette lighter or from the vehicle's own power system. The router is not just an impressively robust internet solution on the road, but also emits very low radiation due to the external antennas.
