Specifications
The Wi2U Car Hotspot is a wireless LAN access point, which can accommodate up to eight mobile WLAN terminals. The router operates in the 2.4 GHz RF range. The router's core is the lesswire WLAN module 'WiBear-SF', which is suitable for robust in-car use of WLAN according to IEEE 802.11 b/g.
Via the UMTS module integrated in the router, a fast and performant wireless internet connection with up to 7.2 Mbps download (HSPDA) and 5.7 Mbps upload speed (HSUPA) can be achieved - i.e. bandwidths inside your car, which are comparable with you home DSL network.
