In the summer of 2020, the headquarters in Radeberg was initiated to the "Go-Zero" project as the lead plant within the Prettl Electronics Group. In the workshop, findings were compiled after an as-is analysis and clustered into main areas. Concrete optimization projects were defined on the basis of various evaluation criteria. The workshop is subject to a methodology that is carried out within the Prettl Group at all manufacturing sites according to a fixed flow chart.

After the workshop, a tree as a symbol for the "Go-Zero" project was planted on the premises of Prettl Electronics in Radeberg.
