In spring 2021, the team in Luebeck was introduced to the project "Go-Zero" in a two-week workshop under full compliance with Covid regulations. The mapping of the energy consumption created at 39 findings which were segmented into five fields of action. With respect to the Luebeck facility four concrete projects for optimisation were defined.
